ZenWorks Yoga and the Roxboro PTA are offering a 6 week Yoga and Wellness after school class for children Kindergarden through 2nd Grade.
Classes will be held Thursdays, 3:20 - 4:20pm:

Cost:$30 per child, space is limited.
Mats will be provided. Please dress children in comfortable clothing.
Your child will benefit from yoga because...It's fun!! Yoga helps build concentration; reduce stress through deep breathing, boost energy and reduces fatigue; increase flexibility and prevent injury; increase gross and fine motor skills; help improve posture, promote stability and balance; and foster mind-body awareness.
Each yoga session will include the following activities:
Breath work
Poses and stretches
Games/Stories/Activity
Rest pose
