A Midsummer Night's Dream
The Varley Players at Byram Hills High School proudly presents William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream on November 20th @ 7pm and November 21st at 2pm and 7pm.
A Midsummer Night's Dream is William Shakespeare's timeless comedy, focussing on the events surrounding the marriage of the Duke of Athens, Theseus, and Hippolyta and a dispute between Oberon and Titania, king and queen of the woodland creatures. Caught in the middle are four young Athenian lovers and a group of six amateur actors, who are controlled and manipulated by the warring factions of fairies who inhabit the forest in which most of the play is set.
