Bagels & Brunch: The Art of Making a Bagel
Start with a breakfast buffet in our dining room; including mouthwatering smoked salmon, fresh fruit kabobs, a sampling of all 16 types of our bagels and more than dozen types of handmade cream cheeses. Try one of our hot drinks from the espresso bar, a cappucino or a cup of Buffalo & Spring coffee - made in North Carolina - or perhaps a cup of specialty tea. Watch our baker as he goes through the detailed process of making a bagel, from preparing the delicate dough, through the entire cooking process...it's fascinating. Each person will leave with a half dozen of their favorite bagels to take home.
