Vegan/Vegetarian Cooking
Get into the spirit of fall with this class emphasizing vegan and vegetarian dishes with a touch of spice. In this class we shall work with farm to table ingredients and put together a selection of five dishes that are simple and work well on a cooler evening. We will discuss the essentials of Spices and herbs and how to use them with the harvest. Hosted by local chef Rinku Bhattacharya.
Fee: $35 for non-members and $31.50 for members. Registration is required.
