Pisco Cocktails Class at the Red Poppy
Celebrate the oldest distilled spirit in the Americas in this hands-on Pisco Cocktails Class at The Red Poppy. Learn about the history of Pisco in Peru and its connection to San Francisco. From the classic Pisco Sour, to San Francisco's Pisco Punch, you'll learn the skills to prepare Pisco cocktails at home. Bring a small mason jar to take home a special Pisco infusion you'll be making in class. This class will be lead by Nico Vera, the Peruvian chef, mixologist, and writer for Pisco Trail.
