Chocolate is a wide world of flavor all its own; join us as we explore the intricacies of chocolate terroir and well made chocolate bars. In this session you will learn how to taste and evaluate fine chocolate as well as gain an appreciation for the diversity in the chocolate world and learn new ways to incorporate chocolate into your next social gathering. We'll taste chocolates from various world locales and learn how to discover possible food pairings for different chocolates.
