This marks our THIRD YEAR, and will bring you Shaheen Alikhan of Charlottesville, Meredith, Bitsy Buttons, Paolo Garbanzo and Madame Onça!
Just $8 dvance tickets, $10 at the door, $5 for seniors and kids...this event is hosted by international bellydance and festival producer Madame Onça, the Hardest Working Woman in Show Business.
Washington, DC, has enjoyed 10 years of the grassroots Tribal Cafe concept, and now it is Richmond's turn.
