Grow Perennial Edibles
Edible landscapes might start in the vegetable garden but they needn't end there! Perennial edible plants give you more plant choices, food variety, structure and are less work over time than your vegetable garden. Discover the wide array of edible perennial plants available to us in the Pacific Northwest as well as uncommon and hard-to-find species. You will leave with expanded knowledge of uncommon fruits, nuts and perennials vegetables as well as resources for sourcing plant material. This class will include a tour of edible plants in the garden and surrounding area.
