TORONTO HERITAGE DANCE 2015 SEASON
The 2015 Toronto Season celebrates five iconic and ground-breaking Canadian Choreographers with new and recent works and four timeless revivals. Works include Danny Grossman's classic Curious Schools of Theatrical Dancing, Part 1, two of Patricia Beatty's luminous solos, Gaia and The High Heart, both signature works, Robert Desrosiers' complex and quirky homage to Mozart, Full Moon, the Toronto premiere of Holly Small's Apparadiant, and Peter Randazzo's audacious finale, A Simple Melody. Featured dancers include: Danielle Baskerville, Nicole Rose Bond, Michael Caldwell, Sierra Chin-Sawdy, Jade Clancy, Emma Kerson, Louis Laberge-Côté, Megan Nadain, Marco Placencio, Eliecer Perez Leyva, Jake Ramos, Jessica Runge, and Ballet Jörgen guest artists Hannah Mae Cruddas, Gustavo Hernandez and Heather Lumsden Ruegg.
