The Joy of Cheese Presents Kind of Blue
Roqueforts, Gorgonzolas, and Stiltons, Oh My!
It's January, time to hunker down for the worst that winter has to throw our way, and there's no better food to fortify the soul, entertain the palate and celebrate the day, than great blue cheeses. In Kind of Blue (isn't there an album by that name?), January 17 at 7 at Kupersmith, 49 Clinton St., we will sample and discuss seven amazing blues and two really good non blues (just to give you a breather). Tickets are $25 and you pay for your beverages separately.
