acid city baby. this ain't your grandma's riesling. incredibly great tongue-coating fruit with fabulous brightness.

uber long honey finish. lovely flavors of sweetness but quite a dry wine. heavy on the lovely.

a little longer skin contact make for a little pink & some richness to counter
the clean minerality.

burgundy-like fruit with a fabulously dry delivery. big flavors with lots of hangtime
on the palate.
