Undressing Beethoven: Beyond the Canon - Leather
Violinist Nicholas DiEugenio and pianist Mimi Solomon are teaming up to commission five works to be performed in conjunction with a cycle of Beethoven Violin Sonatas. This is one of a cycle of five concerts to be performed in and around NC and NY.
Beethoven Sonata No. 4 in A Minor, Op. 23 & Sonata No. 7 in A Major, Op.47 "Kreutzer", new work by Ted Hearne

With members of Nextango; celebrating nostaglia and community through Tango. Music by Greensboro composer Alejandro Rutty in a quintet called La otra parte de y Mi corazón en otra parte (The other side of my heart and My heart in another place). The second half will be a selection of tangos with tradition instruments.
