Chai Traditions: History and Tastes
$25 for members/ $35 for general public


Join 18 Reasons and Paawan Kothari from The Chai Cart for a sensory filled evening complete with stories, smells and tastes.

Paawan will tell the history & culture of Chai in India, then do a hands-on demo where she shows how to make chai from scratch so you can make it at home (complete with some short cuts that make the process easier!).

After that we will do a tasting of the Rose chai and Masala chai that she is famous for served up with some Indian street food. A perfect evening to warm up from the chilly winter weather!
