August 20th Dinner - Farmers are the Chefs!
This Thursday, the farmers are in charge! Not only did we have a hand in growing the vegetables, but now we'll be cooking them too. For our August 20th dinner, each grower at Edgemere Farm will be preparing our favorite seasonal veggie in the way we like to eat it best. And while we may not get as fancy as the pro's, we do know a thing or two about vegetables and what really makes them pop. We hope you'll join us in our first ever Farmers-are-the-Chefs dinner!

FAMILY STYLE! We will be serving part of this meal family style so we recommend getting to the farm at 6pm when the gates open. 6:15 we will begin service!
BYO-PLATE To minimize the waste our farm produces, we ask you to bring to the farm your own dish to eat off of. We hope you'll help us form a beautiful medley of plateware, starting with one of your favorite (and reusable!) dishes. We'll even wash it off for you at the end of the night.

*while we realize Jesse Sheehan is not an Edgemere Farm grower, she allows us to occupy so much of Matt's (farm manager / her husband) time that she is a farm member by proxy.
