The Barrel & the Beast! Warm oak, vanilla, smoke, caramel and apple wood. Still distinctly beer, but with a barrel aged punch hand selected by Hamilton's Tavern's Scot Blair and paired with a four-course feast from Alchemy Chef Ricardo Heredia - a menagerie of smoky flavors derived from all parts PIG - head to hoof.
