Charity Partner:

Rock Uniform and DoYouSocial is partnering up with "Almost Home" St. Louis to host a toy drive for those less fortunate children this holiday season. Give the gift of giving by bringing an unwrapped toy to the show- It is much appreciated!

"They have exhausted relatives, friends and foster homes; they are abandoned, hopeless and desperate. They are ill-equipped to take care of their own needs, much less the needs of an infant.  These are the young mothers of Almost Home.   The young mothers aged 12 to 19, and their children, call Almost Home their home. Providing transitional housing, counseling and support services to these young families, Almost Home is a safe, structured and compassionate environment. Young mothers, teamed with professional staff, develop emotional, social, economic, academic and life skills  so they will become self-sufficient, responsible adults and parents to their children.  The teens are either pregnant or have up to two infants and/or toddlers, and they reside at Almost Home for up to two years, with up to eight years of aftercare when they leave.  While at Almost Home, the young women must be enrolled in high school, a GED program or a vocational training program.  They must attend life skills, positive parenting, and independent living classes four nights per week, and they are provided with a therapist for group and individual counseling.  Most of the teens have never really had a Christmas as we know it.  Presents and special wishes were something other kids had.  You can brighten the day for these promising teens and their young children."
