Beyond Basic Burlesque: Teasing and Timing - Choreography
Did you love Intro to Burlesque? Are you looking for some new moves or to go further with a new choreography? Then this class is for you!
BABE brings you the latest in intermediate Burlesque classes with a choreography lovingly handcrafted by Betty Blaize, the lead choreographer of the Boston Babydolls. This 6 week class will bring together favorite moves from Intro to Burlesque with some devious new concoctions from Miss Blaize into a choreography that will tantalize and tease your audience while building your Burlesque repertoire.
By the end of the 6 weeks you can expect to have learned a 3-5 minute strip tease group choreography that builds on the basics to give you a great sense of blocking, movement, and how to put together both dance moves and strip tease elements for an audience-ready performance piece.
Classes are held at the B.A.B.E. studio on Mondays (January 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and February 6) from 8:30 to 9:30 pm
