Autumn Apple Affair - A Taste of Fall Goodness in the Pacific Northwest

Join us for a Fall Harvest gathering filled with local, seasonal treats specific to our area and hosted at nearby treasure, and new Eaglemount Wine and Cider headquarters, The Palindrome. Wes Cecil PhD. and Chef Arran Stark will be serving up a deluge of apple influenced delicacies for the brain and the belly just in time for Washington National Cider Week. In addition, the good folks of the Jefferson County Cider Route - Finnriver Farm & Cidery, Eaglemount Wine and Cider, and Alpenfire Cider have teamed up and will be providing an exquisite array of their finest homemade ciders to satisfy your palate while you absorb aplenty of information and local fare. This pop up is built to encourage learning, mingling, imagination, reflection and appreciation of the past, present and future of our food. We will feature small bites and a signature dish, along with a cooking demo and the fascinating story of the history and influence of the apple. Come taste the Fall flavors of the Pacific Northwest in all their glory. You wont go away hungry.
