August 13th On-The-Farm Dinner with CARACAS AREPA BAR
Edgemere Farm & Caracas Arepa Bar present JUEVES POPULAR - a farm-to-table spin off of "Lunes Popular", Caracas' winter pop-up dinner series at its East Village location. Join us this Thursday, August 13th for a truly authentic, and delicious, Venezuelan meal!

GAZPACHO
A classic cold tomato and pepper soup, inherited from the Spaniards. Garnished with a "Pesto Criollo" - made from all kinds of Caribbean herbs, including the beloved Culantro.
BOLLOS PELONES
While some people translate this as Venezuelan Corn Dumplings, the literal translation is Hairless Buns. Clearly neither interpretation explains this dish well. Bollos Pelones are buns made of corn flour, tinted with annatto seed oil and stuffed with a traditional pork stew.
