Learn how Madison's east-side Williamson Street area has
evolved from a leading 19th-century Midwestern manufacturing
and distribution hub for farm implements, tractors, wagons and
buggies, seeds and other agricultural supplies to a vibrant 21st-
century retail district offering products and services never
dreamed of by Madison's early entrepreneurs.
Included on the tour are Madison landmarks Machinery Row, the
Cardinal Hotel, L.L. Olds Seed Co., the
Chicago and Northwestern Freight Depot and more.
