YOGA BOOTCAMP
To prepare for the upcoming 2012 Apocalyspe and stay physically fit, The Yoga Den is offering Boot Camp! A Friday "Happy Hour" series. This one hour class will run at five week intervals. Each class offers a different strengthening practice to keep us in shape in case we need to fight off hordes of post-apocalyptic maruaders and/or zombies. $65. This class begins Friday January 13 @ 5:30pm. There are no refunds for this class. Missed class can be made up. Please check schedule on our website.
