Join us Thursday, November 10, 2011 as tastes collide when Claudio Viberti wines' and Chef Sabrina Tinsley's food in a celebration of Italian culture. Claudio will be here to tell the stories of his life and his grapes as we all enjoy a menu made exclusively for these exceptional wines. The menu below will be a roadmap for the evening.
