Enjoy a behind the scenes distillery tour, a brief history of the classic Gin & Tonic, taste commercial tonics side by side, and combine flavors to highlight your own favorite aspects of these delicious local spirits. Round out the afternoon by savoring your hand crafted gin (or vodka) tonic, and take the rest of your syrup home - to enjoy by yourself, or share your creation with friends!
