Join us, Monday, November 14th 2011 for a farm to table dinner featuring up and coming local chef Amber Romo Wocjinski of
Las Manas Tamales!
She will be cooking up a menu of fall-inspired, belly-warming Mexican dishes with gourmet flair
The Evening's Menu...
- Crispy masa cake with queso fresco and carrot relish atop greens lightly dressed in a lime vinaigrette
-Pork shoulder tamales with smokey red sauce, creamed kale and cauliflower, and black beans
-Pumpkin tamale, horchata ice cream, candied delicata squash and pepitas
