Cider Week dinner at The Queens Kickshaw
In celebration of New York's first ever Cider Week, October 16-23, The Queens Kickshaw will host a three-course dinner with cider pairings on Sunday, Oct. 23.
The menu:
Frisee Salad - slow-cooked egg, crimini mushrooms, pear vinaigrette
Pot Pie - red wine braised root vegetables, white herb sauce, gruyere crust
Bread Pudding - custard brioche, cider caramel
Deliciously paired ciders from Bellwether Hard Cider:
No. 4 - dry sparkling cider
Heritage - dry still cider
Liberty Spy - demi-sec sparkling cider
