SPORK Pop-Up Supper Club
Saturday October 22 at Cafe Sintra, one night only. One seating at 7:00PM (doors open 6:30) Prix fixe six course menu and communal seating. Price is $45 per person plus gratuity ($53 total). Wine and other beverages on an a la carte basis and we'll have a curated wine and beverage selection

second : sweet potato salad, applewood Oregon bacon, apple, fennel, radish
third : duck pear sausage, dashi, fresh alkaline noodles, egg cracklins
fourth : lardo wrapped prawns, pumpkin curry
fifth : tonkatsu Carlton pork belly, celery root mash, housemade pickles, shiso
dessert : Honey Pot keffir lime curd tart, coconut cream, fried coconut
