Reptiles and Amphibians of the Pepperwood Preserve
Accompany Dr. Nick Geist, Professor of Biology at Sonoma State University, in field exploration of preserve reptiles and amphibians. Pepperwood has a remarkable diversity of frogs, salamanders, lizards, snakes, and turtles found in its various habitats.  Learn where they live, what they eat, how they reproduce, and how they are doing in the face of urban and agricultural development.  Bring lunch and water and wear layered apparel and sturdy hiking shoes.  Ages 14 and up welcome.
