About the Show
Puppets will be hand-crafted specifically for this production by Montreal-based puppeteer Zach Fraser."The plight of puppets can be absurd, splendid, and heart-wrenching," says Fraser. "Puppets are the masters of high comedy and deepest drama, so partnering them up with Shakespeare makes perfect sense."
Macbeth: Walking Shadows will feature an extraordinary cast of performers, including Founding Members A.J. Richardson and Kaitlyn Riordan. Making their Ruff stage debut are Alexander Crowther, Tara Koehler, Kaitlin Morrow, and Seann Murray. The production will once again be directed by Ruff's Artistic Director, Brendan McMurtryHowlett.
