Join Fabrizia from Italy's famous Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school for an educational workshop about olio nuovo. Olio Nuovo is the fresh, unfiltered olive oil produced after first pressings each fall. It is a delicious oil that demands special attention. In this class you will learn how it is made, how to use it you home cooking, and the culture and tradition of it in Italy. Class comes with a special dinner that you will help prepare.
