July 30th On-The-Farm Dinner with Chefs Perzy Jr, Michelle Warner & Jordan Wolff
It's crazy to think that we are in our LAST week of July. The time has certainly flown and the farm certainly shows it. With tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers in their prime - this is the time of year farmers look forward to most. And with an amazing dinner lined up this Thursday, we think you'll look forward to being at the farm as well.
On July 30th Chef Perzy Jr. (@perzyjr), Michelle of @byhandculinary, and Jordan of #RockawayRawBar will host a night of Surf & Turf down at the farm!
Chef Michael Perzy Powers has worked in kitchens from NYC to the shores of Hawaii, and with his partner Jordan Wolff can be found shucking oysters at Beach 97th's Low Tide Bar every Friday. Chef Michelle N. Warner runs culinary experiences through By-Hand Culinary and is also "captain to the ship" that is Rockaway Beach 97.

To minimize the waste our farm produces, we ask you to bring to the farm your own dish to eat off of. We hope you'll help us form a beautiful medley of plateware, starting with one of your favorite (and reusable!) dishes. We'll even wash it off for you at the end of the night.
