When the curtain came down on the July, 2000 performance of The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular at the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas, the occasion marked not only the and of Anton's longtime association with the production (over 5,000 performances) but a milestone as one of the most enduring and versatile performers in show business. It was thirty years ago that Anton first burst onto the scene and since then, she has been captivating stage, television and film audiences. Her five and a half year tenure with The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular, preceded by a two year U.S. National Tour of the same production, making her a true veteran of the American theater. During time off from this show, she headlined her own one woman show to sold-out audiences at the Desert Inn Hotel and brought back to Las Vegas a type of entertainment rarely found today.

Anton soon headlined a production called Turn It On with French heartthrob, Jean-Paul Vignon at Las Vegas' Hacienda Hotel which led to numerous appearances on The Merv Griffin Show.
Soon Broadway came calling when Anton replaced Candice Bergen in David Rabe's Tony nominated play Hurlyburly alongside fellow actors Kevin Spacey, Frank Langella and Danny Aiello while under the direction of Mike Nichols. She then starred in the U.S. Touring Company of Neil Simon & Marvin Hamlisch's They're Playing Our Song and then toured the U.S. with Elizabeth Ashley in A Couple of White Chicks Sitting Around Talking.
