Whether moving up or starting your own firm, it's important to learn critical skills and new ways of thinking from leaders and business professionals. This series, Mastering the Business of Architecture, will provide in-depth exposure to topics important to practitioners. This series is geared toward emerging and emerged leaders and intended to fill an important gap in the practical, distilled and advanced knowledge available to small and mid-sized practitioners.
The series will run an academic year in two topic blocks - 1) Beginning a firm and Claim Prevention 2) Running and Maintaining a firm.
