Bean: The Musical Fruit
World Premiere of an original family musical - Bean: The Musical Fruit! (Music by Todd Hulet; Book and Lyrics by Matt and Roxy Hornbeck).
Bean: The Musical Fruit starts in the perfectly sculpted Patch. Every harvest, Mayor Tom A. Toe divides the Patch responsibilities based on two groups: fruits and vegetables. This year presents a challenge as Bean seems to be neither. Facing rejection, Bean and her best friend, Cel, set-off on a journey for answers from the reclusive and mysterious Nutty that lives in the Orchard. Bean and Cel ask what it means to belong, even when you're different.
Doors open at 6:30pm for evening performances and 1:30pm for Saturday matinees - Come early to meet Pa Tatoe, Eva Cado, Bana, Tom A. Toe, Chiogga Beet, Nutty, Berry, Wando, Bolero, Mr. Big, Bean and a basket full of other fruits and vegetables. Characters will be available for pictures and interation with the audience.
This is a show for children of all ages!
Discount tickets: $5 student (present ID at Will Call); $5 children 12 and under.
