Katherine Hawthorne's creative work draws from her background as a trained physics research scientist and fuses technology - sensors, radio, moving light, and film - with performance. Lumen / Lux is about light as a scientific phenomena and its relation to moving bodies. The work explores light in motion and how light can delineate or erase the physical boundaries between us. Also featuring new work by Ronja Ver and Eva Wilder.
