A fun-filled live slide show performance celebrating landmarks, legends, & lore of America's greatest space age city, Downey, CA, including the oldest McDonald's on earth, first Taco Bell, world's greatest car-hop drive in restaurant - Bob's Big Boy; Downey's virtually unknown "ghost town" remains of the LA County "Poor Farm;" fairy-tale-with-a-tragic-ending story pop music's most successful duo - the Carpenters; mid-century ranch style homes, "space ship factory" where the Apollo Command Module was designed and much, much morefollowed by a Pineapple upside "Downey" cake and coffee party all benefiting the Downey Rose Float Association!
