Mead Day
The first Saturday in August is annual Mead Day. We'll have a mead demo and samples from an award-winning local mead maker (Roger Gibson), along with a Skype with Susan Ruud--who is opening her meadery, "Prairie Rose" in North Dakota.
We will have copies of Ken Schramm's book, "The Compleat Meadmaker" for sale (the best reference available).
And, we're taking orders for local wildflower honey--in 5 lb bottles. Reserve here if you want to purchase.
