Hosted by Amy Stiller authors include alumni of Primary Stages' Dorothy Strelsin New American Writers Group: Courtney Baron, David Caudle and Bekah Brunstetter as well as actress/playwright Kellie Overbey. Other participants include Toy Box Theater Company . Directors include Primary Stages' Associate Artistic Director Michelle Bossy, actress/director Carrie Preston (HBO's True Blood), and Abigail Zealey Bess of Ensemble Studio Theatre.

Poems used as inspiration include Frank O'Hara's "Lana Turner Has Collapsed," and the Ginsberg/Kerouac/Cassady collaboration, "Pull My Daisy."
