TENT
TENT is an exciting quarterly performance salon in the heart of Oakland's Temescal neighborhood. Each evening under the TENT showcases unique short acts from adventurous, interdisciplinary performers. This is a FREE community event, donations are HAPPILY accepted at the show!
Next up under the TENT:
Tim Ereneta tells traditional fairy tales, bringing to life ancient stories for modern audiences. But don't expect pixie dust, unicorns, and rainbows.
Caila Lipovsky and Juliana Frick perform a joyfully absurd piece featuring a destitute magician and his rudimentary tricks.
Jordan Winer as The Great Zamboni, amazing sage and knower of things, answers all your questions- with wonder and decent advice!
CoiCoi performs an absurd story about killing a chicken told through mask and mime technique.
PLUS live music and a special SURPRISE guest!
25 cent raffle tickets (available at the door) could win you great prizes from local Temescal eateries!
