Written by Rajiv Joseph and directed by longtime YATC alumni Jamie Kelley Gruesome Playground Injuries tells the atypical story of Kayleen and Doug during certain times in their ever-evolving lives. Interacting at the most peculiar of times in their respective lives, they embark on a journey in which they must fight a constant battle against the hardships of mental and physical pain, tragedy, and ultimately love.
