The workshops will be held at Curbell, Inc (7 Cobham Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127) on:
July 28th 1:30pm - 3:00pm
and/or
August 12th 9:30am - 11:00am
Each workshop will break into three (3) groups based on the various stages of plan development.
Breakouts will consist of open discussions facilitated by WNYSBR members or partners and will encourage the sharing of ideas and suggestions.
Breakout Group#1
New members just starting out or in early program development stage: Discuss aspects of successful programs, possible hurdles, solutions, putting pen to paper, etc.
Breakout Group #2
Close to completion or in implementation phase: Discuss where you are, what difficulties you are facing and implementation suggestions, etc.
Breakout Group #3
Published plan working on improvement and growth:
An expert review of current published plan with constructive feedback from an 'extra set of eyes'.
