Dance Journey's 5th Annual Halloween Hafla

Now in its 5th year (and first with Actor's Basement), Dance Journey's Annual Halloween Hafla is the perfect fall diversion for families as belly dancers from through out Sonoma County gather in a vibrant celebration of both skill and artistry. There's always something unexpected at the Hafla; past years have showcased everything from dances inspired by Mortal Kombat to belly dancing done to the tuneful keening of Scottish bagpipes, and plenty of the eerie, creepy, spooky mood the season inspires. This year will also feature improv group, Somewhat Obscure, as well as a preview of Actor's Basement's production of Act M: At the Palace Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow Only. Food, drinks, and a raffle round out the evening, and in the spirit of the season tickets are discounted for those showing up in costume.
