CASABLANCA CASABLANCA, A MOVIE MUSICAL
"Casablanca Casablanca, A Movie Musical" is a spirited romantic comedy spoofing beloved classic 1940's movies, such as "Casablanca", "To Have and Have Not", Bing and Bob "Road" movies, and of course Danny Kaye classics like "The Court Jester", touches on how movies generally have shaped our hopes and dreams. Although "Casablanca Casablanca" generously borrows its characters from movie stereotypes, it morphs them into characters with whom we can easily identify and cheer on to their inevitable happy Hollywood-style ending.
"Casablanca Casablanca" is written by Linda Ballew, music by Terence Alaric Levitt, lyrics by Terence Alaric Levitt and Linda Ballew.
This is a show appropriate for any age group, but you definitely want to bring your grandparents.
Preview Night is Thursday, October 13th at 7:30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend. Admission is "pay what you can" at the door. No advanced tickets available for Preview Night.
