Urban Farm Dinner, Elizabeth
A master chef and an emerging mixologist craft the evening meal entirely from local community gardens and farms (a few items may have other origins ). Each themed multi-course meal tells a local culinary story to inspire our guests and will feature a local agricultural hero invited to address the guests.
Locally produced tomato jam and pesto from our Dill Avenue Garden will be for sale at the event!
The Urban Farm Dinners -- all held at unusual urban locations provide guests the opportunity to meet their local farmers and explore urban agriculture opportunities.
Guests are seated outside at locally decorated tables and multi-course meals are served by a bevy of volunteers committed to promoting urban agriculture.
