Chocolates & Beyond: A Tasting of new Fall flavors, ice cream and beer from Chr
Christopher Elbow is known for his unique and sophisticated chocolate flavor combinations - often based on seasonally and locally available ingredients but with the recent opening of his second ice cream store, Glacé Artisan Ice Cream, and his collaboration with Kansas City's Boulevard Brewing Co. to create a Chocolate Ale that created an incredible buzz and sold out its limited production in hours, he's also successfully pushing boundaries in new food categories.
Join Chris as he leads you through a tasting of his new Fall chocolate flavors such as Black Currant, Caramel Apple, Fig Port and Whiskey Walnut. Then he'll sample some Glacé ice cream flavors such as Goat Cheese with Honey and Pineapple Cilantro Sorbet. And then he'll dip into his final personal reserve of Chocolate Ale and share that with you.
