We have the privilege of having Dr. Solomon Katz, coauthor of the Encyclopedia of Food and Culture, host this discussion. This discussion will include understanding food terms such as sustainable, biodynamic, organic, free range, no hormone, grass fed, humanely raised and how it all relates to living a healthier lifestyle. There will be a food sampling and wine.
