Preserving the Harvest
If like me you have a garden and want to be able to enjoy your harvest during the winter, here is the seminar for you. Marisa McClellan is a food writer and canning teacher who has a great website www.foodinjars.com . She will come out and show you how to can, preserve, pickle, and infuse. We will be tasting some preserved foods and enjoy a glass of fermented wine.
