MET: Götterdämmerung
NCM Fathom brings the sixth season of the Metropolitan Opera's Peabody and Emmy Award-winning series The Met: Live in HD in movie theaters nationwide. The broadcast of Wagner's Götterdämmerung will be presented live for only one day on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT in select movie theaters. With its cataclysmic climax, the Met's new Ring cycle, directed by Robert Lepage, comes to its resolution. Deborah Voigt stars as Brünnhilde and Gary Lehman is Siegfriedthe star-crossed lovers doomed by fate. James Levine conducts.
