Government Inspector
In Russia, clowns are still funny but for all the wrong reasons
The mayor of an isolated circus town in the middle of Russia receives news of an incoming government inspector. Knowing full well that his town is an absolute mess, the mayor decides to confront the government inspector and offers him the one thing he can, mass bribery. When out of the blue, the inspector is confronted by the mayor blatantly offering him large sums of money, he naturally can't help but to accept his gracious offers. As the stakes become higher, the "Government Inspector" finds himself perched atop a mounting lie on the verge of collapse. This fast pace farce of deceit, misunderstanding and hilarity serves to put the "Wit" in Without Moral Boundaries and the "Heat" in Theatre.
