Steingarten LA Presents: Pairings on the Patio with Bacardi
This will be the second installment of our Pairings on the Patio here at Steingarten LA. This 4 course pairing will feature wonderful spirits from the Bacardi portfolio like: Bombay Sapphire, Cazadores, Bacardi Superior, Oxley Gin. Here is the cocktail menu with each pairing. House Reconstructed Gin and Tonic: Bombay Sapphire, Maurin, Dimmi, Lime juice. Paired with Grilled Shrimp w/Fruit Bouquet
House infused Dragon Fruit Bacardi, simple syrup, white raspberries, lime juice. Paired with Dragon Fruit Gazpacho
Cazadores Cocktail: Page Tangerines, Wild Bloom Cocktail Grapfruit, rosemary, St. Germain, lemon juice, Cazadores blanco, Agave nectar. Paired with Pan Seared Lake Suoerior White Fish w/ Grilled Portobello Succotash.
Oxley Cocktail: Passion Fruit, Cucumber, Oxley Gin, Sage, lemon juice, Agave Nectar. Paired with Key Lime Chocolate Tart.
