Stage Right presents "ART" written by Yazmina Reza
Translation by Christopher Hampton
Artis the story of three friends, Serge, Marc and Yvan, and the conflict that arises when Serge purchases a large expensive painting. This abstract work of art, consisting of white lines on a white canvas, inspires a simple debate over its value. However, the argument quickly escalates, and other, more complex issues are brought into the discussion. Emotions run high, and long-standing friendships teeter on the brink of destruction. Can the bonds of friendship survive the clash of philosophical differences? This funny and thought provoking show was the winner of the 1998 Tony Award for best play and the 1996 Olivier Award for best comedy.

Tickets:
Individual tickets are $14, and includes light refreshments during the intermission.
Student tickets are $5 on Thursday performances. Must show valid student ID at door.
Table Reservations:
Tables of SIX or more may be reserved by paying in advance.
Purchase 6 or more tickets at a time to reserve a table.
TABLES ARE LIMITED first come, first served.
Doors open at 7:30
However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled performance, you may either donate your ticket proceeds, or exchange your tickets for another performance within the run of the currently running show, or for the next show only.
Please call 412-228-0566 prior to your scheduled performance date If you need to donate or exchange your ticket.
